📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle incoming calls from clients, partners, and stakeholders, providing information and support as needed
Document and track customer inquiries and issues using our in-house CRM system
Collaborate with the NOC/Service Desk team to resolve technical and operational issues in the healthcare sector
Monitor and report on call metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare IT and customer service
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent, preferably in the healthcare or IT sector
Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and terminology
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali
Willingness to travel and relocate to Bali as needed
