• Collaborate with site operations teams to understand their needs and provide HR solutions.
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to streamline HR processes.
• Represent PT Envicon Ekatama at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee development.
• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Kalimantan Timur.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
