As an Internal Audit Staff, you will play a crucial role in evaluating internal controls, identifying operational risks, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our operations are in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular audits of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identifying and assessing risks related to financial operations, internal controls, and compliance.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.
• Collaborating with department heads and managers to implement corrective actions and improve internal controls.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal audit procedures and controls.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and ensuring their accuracy.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.
• Staying updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the property development industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
