📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of 5-7 software engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design and implement software architectures that meet client specifications and industry best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure continuous skill development.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within agreed-upon deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Proven track record of leading software development projects and mentoring engineering teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
