📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize ad campaigns across major marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and Meta Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Manage and report on ad spend, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and e-commerce.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace and Meta Ads policies.
• Train and mentor junior team members on ad management and optimization techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising and e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian marketplaces and Meta Ads is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads are a plus.
