📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area.,Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.,Develop and implement training programs for the sales team.,Report regularly to the regional manager on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of market trends and competition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.
