📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle incoming calls from clients, partners, and stakeholders, providing information and support as needed
• Document and track customer inquiries and issues using our in-house CRM system
• Collaborate with the NOC/Service Desk team to resolve technical and operational issues in the healthcare sector
• Monitor and report on call metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare IT and customer service
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent, preferably in the healthcare or IT sector
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and terminology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Bali as needed
