📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets,Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members,Ensure that all sales processes and procedures are followed and maintained,Promote the brand and products to potential customers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,Maintain a clean and organized work area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the retail or fashion industry,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of sales associates,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices,Ability to use sales software and point of sale systems,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
