📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Lead and mentor a team of employees to achieve branch goals.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch performance.

Manage branch budget and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Represent the company at various events and meetings.

Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
