📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve organizational goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Recruit, train, and develop a team of employees to achieve departmental objectives.,Handle employee relations, including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a similar organization.,Strong understanding of HR practices and policies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and work permit for Bali.
