In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the General Affairs department, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the bakery's daily operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Support the General Affairs Manager in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in organizing and managing events, promotions, and other company activities.,Maintain and update the bakery's records and documentation.,Assist in training new staff and ensuring they understand company standards and procedures.,Support the General Affairs Manager in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of bakery operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
