📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and maintenance of IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.,Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data.,Support the IT team in conducting regular system backups and disaster recovery exercises.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
