Deputy Recruiter

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Support the recruitment process by maintaining candidate databases and tracking application status.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Collaborate with the Recruiter to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
