📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide support to the Recruitment Specialist in managing the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
