📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Retail Sales Consultant in managing and monitoring sales performance.,Conduct regular sales visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability and display.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with retail partners.,Monitor sales data and provide regular reports to the Retail Sales Consultant.,Assist in the training and development of retail sales staff.,Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales performance and strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
