In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, using tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage inquiries, track orders, and provide updates. You will work closely with our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order status, delivery times, and product information.
• Use Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Provide regular updates to customers on order status and delivery progress.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our logistics services.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement customer service best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or logistics.
• Proficient in using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
