📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including quality, safety, and budget adherence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards and quality issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field supervision or site management in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar tools.
