📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
