📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including issuing keys and providing information about the hotel facilities.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, and escalate issues as necessary.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing paperwork and records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including managing reservations and coordinating with vendors.,Monitor front desk security and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.,Provide information about local attractions and services to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Good knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus.
