📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.,Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and reporting.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage staff and handle customer service issues.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
