🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation program coordination or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing innovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
