📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor and report on budget performance and variances.
• Train and mentor junior staff on cost accounting principles and practices.
• Utilize SAP and other financial software tools for data analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Japanese (N2 level or higher).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software tools.
