📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urine analysis, and microbiological studies.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and accurately.
• Record and document test results, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of patient and research data.
• Assist in the preparation of samples for testing, adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements in laboratory operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Provide technical support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a medical or research environment.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and data management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of standard laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
