Sehati Krisna Dental Clinic is looking for a Lead Butler to join our team in Malang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that all staff and patients are well taken care of. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.,Supervise and train junior butlers and support staff to ensure high standards of service are maintained.,Ensure that all clinic policies and procedures are followed, and that health and safety regulations are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, appointments, and clinic operations.,Work closely with the clinic manager to develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and maintaining a positive reputation for the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or healthcare industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with patients, staff, and management.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and procedures is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
