📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and supervising the internal audit team, ensuring high-quality audit work is performed.
  • Developing and implementing internal audit plans and procedures.
  • Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in the organization.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.
  • Ensuring the internal audit function is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to audit staff.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support audit activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using audit software and tools.
