📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of food production operations including quality control, safety, and compliance.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Implement and maintain a robust quality management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management within the food industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale food production operations.,Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other relevant food safety and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
