📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the production process,Ensure that all production activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards,Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste,Manage and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success,Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, including output, defects, and process improvements,Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure that the production process runs smoothly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision or management role,Proven track record of success in managing production processes and teams,Strong knowledge of quality control and process improvement methodologies,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team,Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools, such as ERP systems and quality management systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
