📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS, CRM, and HRIS.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
