📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor fleet performance to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules and procedures.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation and records.,Participate in emergency response planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
