📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Administer and manage employee benefits programs,Facilitate employee training and development activities,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Provide administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
