📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business.,Manage and train a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Work closely with the central office to ensure consistency in brand and product offerings.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
