📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and business growth.,Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process.,Conduct quantity surveys and prepare accurate cost estimates for green building projects.,Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with project requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in green building and construction.,Prepare and present technical proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.,Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, quantity surveying, or a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of green building principles, materials, and technologies.,Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
