📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement modern trade planning strategies to maximize sales and revenue.,Manage and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data.,Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and planning.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market trends.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, trade planning, or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.,Experience with sales planning software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
