In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow processes.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
