📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance service standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners.
  • Represent the company at local community events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the healthcare industry.
