📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
