📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
