📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a voice services environment.,Strong knowledge of voice services, including VoIP, PBX, and unified communication systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in voice services.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
