📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Manage customer relations and feedback to enhance satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Understanding of inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
