In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our restaurant equipment and facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair restaurant equipment and facilities,Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment,Provide technical support to the kitchen and food service teams,Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely repairs and replacements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role,Knowledge of restaurant equipment and facilities,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
