📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation of the palm oil mill.
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel and provide guidance and support.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil mill maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in ISO 55000 or other relevant maintenance standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with palm oil mill operations and equipment.
