VIO Optical Clinic is seeking a dynamic Head Store (Store Leader Retail) to lead our Palembang store and drive operational excellence and revenue growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 5-7 employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the regional management team to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the store at industry events, trade shows, and other professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the optical retail industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of optical products, services, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as Microsoft Dynamics Retail or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
