Stripe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Enterprise team in Mexico City. This role is crucial in driving our growth in the Latin America region by developing and executing sales strategies that will help our clients leverage Stripe's platform to its fullest potential.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and ensuring that our products and services are effectively marketed to our target audience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve sales performance.
  • Participate in product launches and marketing campaigns to promote Stripe's products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial technology or payment processing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Latin American market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
